The Kansas Statutes Annotated includes all the same information

When are statutes usually enacted?
This is dependent upon the effective date in the bill when
it was originally passed through the legislature.
Are Session laws the same thing as statutes?
Yes. Session laws are statutes that were passed during the latest
legislative session. For example, the session laws in the statutes
section of this site were passed during the 2001 legislative session.
