 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jim Morrison at 1:30 P.M. on January 10, 2006, in Room 526-S of the Capitol.

 The Chair provided an overview of the electronic process to be used during the legislative session.  The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.  The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17.
