Home > Calendars > The Calendar Process The Calendar ProcessThe Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House, through the Calendar Clerks, publish a daily calendar during the session. After the order has been determined for the next legislative day, the calendar is prepared by the calendar clerks in each house and delivered to the Kansas Division of Printing. The Calendars are printed overnight and delivered to the Document Room in 145-N at the Statehouse. Each morning a copy of the calendar for the day is furnished to each member of the Legislature. Calendars are also distributed to staff members, the media, and the general public. The calendars are also available for the public on the internet here on this page through Kansas.gov at http://www.kslegislature.org/legsrv-calendars/index.do < back to Calendars section |
