59-1412 Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 14.--MANAGEMENT AND SALE OF ASSETS       59-1412.   Sale of part or whole. Whenever a sale of some part of the real estate is necessary and by such sale the residue thereof would suffer manifest injury, the sale may be of the whole or such part thereof as necessity and the interests of the estate require.       History:   L. 1939, ch. 180, § 110; July 1.
