Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-438.   Appeal from decision of licensing agency. Any applicant or licensee aggrieved by the decision of the licensing agency may appeal the decision in accordance with the provisions of the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
