Chairperson McGinn called for final action on SB 94.
Senator Kelly distributed a proposed balloon amendment and discussed the recommended changes. (Attachment 2)
Senator Kelly moved, Senator Schmidt seconded, adoption of the proposed balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Berger moved, Senator Schmidt seconded, to recommend SB 94, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried. Senator Denning, Senator Kerschen and Senator Alley are recorded as voting no.
Senator Kelly moved, Senator Hensley seconded, introduction of a bill regarding the social work and behavioral sciences regulatory board. Motion carried.
Chairperson McGinn adjourned the meeting at 10:58. The next meeting will be February 16, 2017.
