The bill and a proposed balloon amendment were distributed and reviewed by David Wiese. (Attachment 3) Mr. Wiese responded to questions from the Committee.
Representative Hawkins moved, Representative Blex seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment to SB65. Motion carried.
Back on the bill, Representative Hawkins moved, Representative Thompson seconded, to recommend SB65, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
