Norm Furse, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, presented a balloon amendment to change the wording in HB2047 (Attachment 1);
Representative Concannon made a motion to pass HB2047 out favorably as amended. The motion was seconded by Representative Murnan and the motion passed on a voice vote.
The next Health and Human Services Committee meeting is scheduled for March 21, 2017, at 1:30 pm in Room 546-S at the Capitol.
Chairperson Hawkins adjourned the meeting at 1:32 pm.
