Chairperson McGinn continued final action on SB 189. 

Staff distributed the current profiles based on actions by the Committee.  (Attachment 19)  (Attachment 20)

Senator Billinger moved, Senator Berger seconded, to exclude legislators from the 2% pay raise for state employees previously amended into to the bill.  Motion carried.

Senator McGinn moved, Senator Kelly seconded, to recommend Substitute for SB 189 favorably for passage.  Motion carried on a roll call vote.
