Chairman Waymaster called the meeting to order. He opened the hearing on the bill.
Adam Siebers, Office of Revisor of Statutes, presented the bill brief (Attachment 1). The bill reconciles amendments to certain statutes that have been amended more than one time during the prior or current legislative sessions. The purpose of the bill is to combine non-contradictory amendments from enacted legislation to produce one version of the statute.
Chairman Waymaster opened the hearing on the bill. It was noted that there were no conferees and no questions were asked by committee members.
