Chair Rick Wilborn asked for question or comments from the committee. There were no questions. Senator Eric Rucker introduced a balloon amendment. (Attachment 3) Senator Eric Rucker made the motion to adopt the amendment; seconded by Senator Molly Baumgardner. The amendment passes.
Senator Eric Rucker made a motion to pass out favorably as amended, was seconded by Senator Molly Baumgardner. SB108 passed favorably as amended by voice vote.
