Chairperson Tarwater opened the hearing on HB2416 and called upon Assistant Revisor, Charles Reimer, to give an overview of the bill.  Mr. Reimer answered questions from Committee members.

Chairperson Tarwater recognized Rachel Green, Area Director, COF Training Services, who was a proponent for HB2416. (Attachment 1)
