68-10,133. Designating bridge no. 018-011 in Cowley county as the SGT Kevin A. Gilbertson memorial bridge. Bridge no. 018-011 located on United States highway 77 in Cowley county is hereby designated as the SGT Kevin A. Gilbertson memorial bridge. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate the bridge is the SGT Kevin A. Gilbertson memorial bridge.
