Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2006.  Matt Sterling, Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of the bill (Attachment 1)

Chairperson Barker recognized Representative Dennis "Boog" Highberger as the first proponent on HB2006 (Attachment 2)

Representative Stephanie Byers was recognized as a proponent on the bill by Chairperson Barker (Attachment 3).

Chairperson Barker recognized Representative Christina Haswood as a proponent on HB2006 (Attachment 4).

Chairperson Barker allowed questions to be asked by the Committee to the various proponents.  Questions were asked by Representatives Arnberger, Howe, and Waggoner.

Chairperson Barker noted that there was written proponent testimony from Halley Ya-Hua Vincent (Attachment 5) and Representative Ponka-We Victors (Attachment 6).

There being no further proponents and no opponents to the bill, Chairperson Barker closed the hearing on HB2006.
