Chairman Waymaster opened the hearing on the bill. Committee members received a copy of the fiscal note (Attachment 2).
David Wiese, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, provided a briefing on the bill (Attachment 3). The bill would require certain state information technology projects to be reviewed by the Joint Committee on Information Technology.
Representative Hoffman provided testimony as a proponent of the bill (no written testimony was provided). He responded to questions from committee members.
Written testimony was provided by Secretary Burns-Wallace, Department of Administration, in neutral position of the bill.(Attachment 4).
