The Chairman drew the Committee's attention to written testimony submitted by Representative Kristey Williams. (Attachment 2)
The next proponent was Representative Aaron Coleman. (Attachment 3) He said his father had served in the Air Force during the first Gulf War and those veterans felt forgotten by our government. He said a distinctive license plate is a great way to show respect and to let our veterans know they haven't been forgotten.
There were no other proponents, no opponents and no neutrals so the Chairman closed the hearing on HB2015 and opened the hearing on HB2166.
