Vice Chair Hoheisel opened the Hearing on HB 2237, recognized David Wiese, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, (remote) who briefed the committee on the bill. (Attachment1) Question and answer period followed.

Chair Kelly resumed charge of the meeting and announced the next House Financial Institutions and Rural Development committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
