Chair Seiwert opened the hearing on HB2329

Nick Myers, Assistant Revisor, provided an overview.  Mr Myers Stood for questions for questions.  There were no questions for the Revisor.

PROPONENTS

Leo Haynos, Kansas Corporation Commission, appeared before the committee in support of HB2329. The primary purpose of the proposed amendment is to provide a clear dividing line with respect to pipeline safety jurisdiction. (Attachment 6)

Mr Haynos stood for questions.  Questions from the committee were addressed.
