Chairperson Hilderbrand called attention to SB175 for final action. Jenna Moyer, Staff Revisor gave a brief overview of SB175.
Senator Pettey moved to pass SB175 favorably for passage with a second from Senator Baumgardner. Discussion followed with Chairperson Hilderbrand offering an amendment removing the verbiage on line 21, after "organization" through "any" on line 24 and replacing it with "and all" (Attachment 15). Chairperson Hilderbrand moved that his amendment be passed, with a second by Senator Baumgardner. On a voice vote of aye, the amendment passed.
Senator Pettey revised her motion and moved to pass SB175 as amended, with a second by Senator Baumgardner. On a voice vote of aye, SB175 passed favorably as amended.
