Chairman Longbine opened the hearing on HB2064.
David Wiese presented an overview of the bill. (Attachment 10) He commented that this bill had been recommended by the Joint Committee on Pensions, Investments, and Benefits.
Alan Conroy presented an informational briefing regarding the bill. (Attachment 11) He answered questions from Senators Fagg and Peck.
There being no other questions, and no other proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony submitted, the Chairman closed the hearing on HB2064.
The Chair stated there will be no meeting on Friday, and he briefly outlined the schedule for next week. The meeting adjourned at 10:10 am. The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 9:30 am in room 546-South of the Capitol.
