Chair Longbine opened the hearing on SB265 and asked David Wiese, to present an overview of the bill. (Attachment 5)
Alan Conroy, Executive Director, Kansas Public Employees Retirement System, provided an informational briefing regarding SB265. (Attachment 6) Mr. Conroy answered questions from Chairman Longbine and Senator Peck.
There were no other questions or discussion, and no additional proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony was submitted. Chair Longbine closed the hearing on SB265.
