Representative Newland moved, seconded by Representative Moser, to pass SB89 favorably out of committee. Motion carried.
Representative Newland moved, seconded by Representative Minnix, to amend SB89 by inserting "or from a place of storage to a place of use" before the period on line 20 of page 1. Motion carried.(Attachment 1)
Representative Newland moved, seconded by Representative Murphy, to pass SB89 as amended favorably out of committee. Motion carried.
