AN ACT concerning dependent persons; relating to the reporting of abuse, neglect or financial exploitation of such persons; requiring additional persons to be mandatory reporters; providing a definition of financial exploitation; amending K.S.A. 39-1438 and 39-1441 and K.S.A. 2020 Supp. 39-1430, 39-1431, 39-1433 and 39-1443 and repealing the existing sections; also repealing K.S.A. 2020 Supp. 39-1431b.
