The Chairman announced there was an amendment to HB2230. (Attachment 1) According to the Revisor this amendment was only for technical clarity, there were no substantive changes. According to the Revisor during the proofing process it was noted that some of the language was old so it was updated. The update was purely technical and exactly what the Committee had previously voted on and passed out so there was no need for another vote.
