49-515. Same; grants to school districts. In addition to the relocation assistance pursuant to K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 49-514, and amendments thereto, the trust may provide grants to public school districts which are located within the boundaries of a federal superfund site and are adversely impacted by relocations pursuant to this act. |
