66-1815. Kansas underground utility damage prevention act; rules and regulations. (a) The state corporation commission shall have full power and authority to adopt all necessary rules and regulations for carrying out the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1801 through 66-1814, and amendments thereto. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas underground utility damage prevention act. |
