68-2091. Effect of act on secretary of transportation's duties under 68-2301. Nothing in this act shall be construed as abrogating, limiting or otherwise affecting any obligations or duties imposed upon the secretary of transportation pursuant to K.S.A. 68-2301, and any amendments thereto, for the construction of modern express highways and freeways within an area in which a highway project is to be constructed under this act prior to the time that construction of such project is commenced. |
