68-2215. Unlawful junkyard maintenance; penalty. Unlawful junkyard maintenance is intentional operation or maintenance of a junkyard in violation of article 22 of chapter 68 of Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto. Unlawful junkyard maintenance is a class C misdemeanor. |
