74-2434. (a) Each judge of the court, including the chief hearing officer, shall receive an annual salary as provided in this section. Each of the judges of the court, including the chief hearing officer, shall devote full time to the duties of such office. (b) (1) The annual salary of the chief judge shall be an amount equal to the annual salary paid by the state to a district judge designated as chief judge; and (2) the annual salary of each judge other than the chief judge, including the chief hearing officer, shall be an amount which is $2,465 less than the annual salary of the chief judge. |
