75-5345. Employees at industries for the blind workshop, civil service status. The positions of persons who are employed at the industries for the blind workshop of the department of social and rehabilitation services in Topeka, Kansas, and who are not employed in positions within the classified service under the Kansas civil service act, shall be within the unclassified service under such act. |
