75-5675. Duties of certain agencies. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services and county, city-county and multicounty health departments shall cooperate with and assist the secretary of health and environment in the establishment, maintenance and operation of the family planning centers required to be established and maintained by K.S.A. 75-5674. |
