75-5952. Same; transfer of programs; administrative hearings and judicial proceedings. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services and the secretary of aging shall require their agents and employees to be equally available for preparation for and testimony in any administrative hearing of or judicial proceeding pertaining to the department of social and rehabilitation services or the department on aging and any program or service transferred under this act. |
