State board of regents to endeavor to add additional dental students; such students to provide services in underserved areas On and after July 1, 2012, the state board of regents shall endeavor to add additional seats at the university of Missouri-Kansas City school of dentistry or other locations with the requirement that such students provide services in underserved areas of Kansas for a minimum of four years after graduation. |
