76-1237. Supply of water at Osawatomie state hospital. The department of social and rehabilitation services, subject to the approval of the governor, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the said city of Osawatomie for supplying water for domestic purposes, at a reasonable rate, for use at the state hospital at Osawatomie. |
