79-3632. Refunds of sales taxes paid upon food for certain persons. The purpose of K.S.A. 79-3620 and 79-3632 to 79-3639, inclusive, shall be to provide for the refund of certain retailers' sales taxes paid upon food to persons entitled thereto under the provisions of this act. |
