82a-761. Title; implementation. (a) K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 82a-761 through 82a-773, and amendments thereto, may be cited as the Kansas water banking act. (b) Implementation of the provisions of the water banking act shall be subject to the availability of appropriations for that purpose. |
