58-4507. Same; provision of attorney by attorney general; independent counsel, payment of fees. The attorney general shall provide as an attorney for the board and shall represent the board in all actions and proceedings brought by or against the board. The board may hire independent counsel when the board deems appropriate. All fees and expenses of such independent counsel arising out of the performance of duties for the board shall be paid out of the home inspectors registration fee fund.
