Chairperson LaTurner opened the hearing on SB 135.
Lisa Kaspar's testimony was given by another Department of Revenue employee. SB 135 proposes allowing Driver License Examiners to have the opportunity to move to the unclassified service, which creates consistency among all employees within the Division and aligns these positions with others within State Service(Attachment 3).
Chairperson LaTurner closed the hearing on SB 135.
