Representative Wilson made a motion to pass out HB2106 favorably. Representative Lakin seconded the motion.
Representative Wilson moved to amend HB2106 which would strike "on or before July 1, 2017." Representative Barker seconded the motion to amend and the amendment was adopted on a voice vote (Attachment 10).
Representative Wilson moved to pass out HB2106 favorably as amended and Representative Wilson seconded the motion which carried on a voice vote and the bill was passed out of committee as amended.
