Senator Baumgardner offered an amendment (Attachment 1) and moved to approve the amendment, Senator Bowers seconded the motion to amend SB 41. Motion carried.
Senator Pilcher Cook expressed concern for making laws for special groups and expressed that she could not support the bill.
Senator Pettey moved to recommend the bill favorabley for passage, as amended, Senator Hardy seconded. Motion passed.
