Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2386. Jason Long, Revisor, provided an overview of the bill (Attachment 9). A question was asked by Representative Highland.
Chairperson Barker recognized Steve Jack, Leavenworth County Port Authority, as a proponent of HB2386 (Attachment 10). Questions were asked by Chairperson Barker and Representatives Whitmer, Highberger, Miller, and Williams.
Chairperson Barker noted that there were no opponents or neutrals to HB2386. He asked if anyone in the audience wanted to testify. Seeing none, he closed the hearing on HB2386.
