Scott Wells, Assistant Revisor provided an overview on HB2382 noting it would provide for a .11 cent increase per gallon on the gas tax beginning July 1, 2017. 

Kathleen Smith, Department of Revenue provided information on the fiscal note for HB2382 noting estimated money for the State Highway Fund would be $190 million and $203 million in FY 2018 and 2019, respectively.
