Chairperson Tyson requested discussion and action on SB167.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee an explanation of SB167. He stood for questions.
Senator Alley offered to the Committee an explanation of a proposed amendment. (Attachment 3) A lengthy discussion ensued and numerous questions were answered.
Senator Alley made a motion to insert the language of the amendment into Substitute SB167. Senator Lynn seconded the motion. Motion passed. Senator Francisco requested her NO vote be recorded.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15am.
