Without objection Chairperson Tyson requested discussion and possible action on HB2228.
Chairperson Tyson presented to the Committee a chart of tax liability information prepared by Kansas Department of Revenue. (Attachment 1)
Chairperson Tyson made a motion to amend HB2228 by inserting section 2 of SB147. Senator Lynn seconded the motion. Motion passed.
After further discussion, Chairperson Tyson suspended the discussion on HB2228.
The meeting was recessed at 9:26am until 3:00pm.
