The Chair opened consideration of HB2446. (Attachment 11)
Representative Esau made a motion to consider the bill favorable for passage. Representative Curtis seconded the motion.
Representative Esau made a motion to amend the bill to also include a ranking minority member on the Joint Committee on Information Technology. He stated that the ranking minority member shall be from the same chamber as the chair. Seconded by Representative Koesten, the motion to amend passed.
Representative Esau made a motion to consider the bill as amended as favorable for passage. Representative Curtis seconded the motion. The motion passed.
