Chairman Wilborn opened the hearing on SB310 - Amending the definition of escape in crimes of escape and aggravated escape from custody. Jenna Moyer provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 7)
Kim Parker supported SB310 explaining how the bill can make the process less burdensome for prosecutors and allow prosecution of offenders who may not be covered by current law. (Attachment 8) Ms. Parker answered questions from the committee.
There being no other conferees, the Chairman closed the hearing on SB310.
