Chairperson Kerschen called for final action on SB194.
Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor of Statutes Office explained the bill. She also explained that a balloon amendment from Groundwater Management District 2 and the City of Wichita was approved by the consensus of the committee.(Attachment 1)
Senator Rogers moved and Senator Estes seconded to pass the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Rogers moved and Senator Francisco seconded to pass the bill as amended. Motion carried.
