Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB236.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee a description of SB236. He stood for questions.
Paul Finney presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB236 by detailing his situation concerning a "capital gains tax basis of property in a generation-skipping trust". (Attachment 13) He stood for numerous questions.
No testimony neutral or in opposition to SB236 was presented to the Committee.
When all questions from the Committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB236.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:25am.
