Representative Whitmer moved HB2456 favorably for passage as amended by the Jennings amendment, seconded by Representative Highberger.
The motion passed unanimously to report HB2456 favorably for passage as amended by the Jennings amendment.
Chairperson Jennings adjourned the meeting.
