Jason Thompson, Office of Revisor of Statutes, briefed committee members on a balloon amendment to HB2103.(Attachment 2)
Mr. Thompson responded to questions from the committee members.
Representative Cindy Neighbor moved and Representative Willie Dove seconded, to adopt the amendment as a substitute bill. Motion carried.
Representative Cindy Neighbor moved and Representative John Eplee seconded, to recommend substitute for HB2103 pass favorably. Motion carried.
Representative Brett Parker and Representative Tim Hodge asked that their votes be recorded as a yes vote. Representative Randy Powell asked that his vote be recorded as a no vote.
Action closed on HB2103.
